What is LWFS? 

Living Water Family Services is a Behavioral Health facility that serves individuals from ages 6 to 99, regardless of race, creed, color, national origin, or religion, who need intensive outpatient or behavioral health treatment for behavior problems and/or behavioral illness. We provide diagnostic evaluations, treatment services, and counseling services for individuals, families, and groups who are experiencing difficulties with coping that affect their quality of life. 

Our program is designed to promote independence, well-being, and assist individuals to achieve their highest level of functioning to improve his/her quality of life. We believe that an individual can experience a marked improvement in his/her behavioral health. This process can be achieved through the application of acquiring new skills and medication management in addition to therapy. We believe that the family system plays a tremendous and integral role in the healing process. Our qualified clinical staff is happy to serve you. 

What is Our Goal? 

Our goal is to assist any person in need to find a way to optimal and embark on a journey towards personal growth. We provide professional and competent service to all. Living Water is approved through the five Bayou Plans. Our funding is received from Medicaid as well as private and public funds. We receive referrals from physicians, healthcare agencies, the Office of Behavioral Health, courts, schools, individuals, and families.
